Thirteen years ago I began the search for my idea of the perfect
dog. My requirements were simple, he had to be big, lazy and good
with children. And so my journey with the mastiff began...
Throughout the years, I have come to adore this breed and their
gentle ways. Both of my children were raised with these giant dogs.
At an early age, they learned to duck and weave to avoid the always
wagging whip-like tails. They learned never to put drinks on the
coffee table and to never run in the house or walls would be taken
out. My kids have never known life without drool rags and slobber.
And, they have never had better baby sitters than the always
attentive mastiffs.
Our dogs are members of the family. They are spoiled rotten and
loved endlessly. We compete in conformation, but our dogs are pets
before show dogs. I believe in health testing our dogs to ensure that
everthing we do is for the betterment of the breed. We also enjoy
sharing our dogs with the community through visits to local schools,
hospices and assisted living facilities. These remarkable dogs touch
the hearts of young and old, and will always be a part of our lives...
